Terms and conditions:

The following special terms and conditions apply to our training and consulting package:

• Price: Our package is only available in bundles of a minimum of 15 hours at €3,040 / DKK 24.750 (+ VAT if applicable).
• About: Expert RPA and AI training and consulting for your Microsoft, OpenAI, or UiPath project at an affordable hourly rate. Start with a small investment to avoid large and costly projects.
• Tools: We are experts in Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath’s RPA tools. For AI, we work with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Our course list provides examples of topics.
• Approach: Hands-on and practical, mirroring our successful YouTube style. You decide the pace and what we work on. See examples on our YouTube channel.
• Team: Depending on the nature of your need, you will meet the best-qualified member of our team. Read more about us and our team here.
• Scheduling: Depending on your individual needs, schedule separate sessions of at least 60 minutes or combine them into fewer and longer sessions.
• Microsoft Teams: To ensure maximum value creation and planning flexibility, we recommend interactive learning through Microsoft Teams, including screen sharing and video chat.
• Physical meetings: If you prefer physical meetings, this is possible. However, transportation will be charged based on the time spent traveling and, if relevant, the actual tolls, miles, and accommodation costs.
• Availability: We are generally available between 8 AM CET and 4 PM CET, with occasional slots from 8 PM to 10 PM CET.
• Preparation: Interacting with us provides the best learning experience and gives you more value. Hence, we do not require or recommend that you ask us to prepare for the sessions. If needed, we charge based on the time spent preparing.
• Rescheduling and cancellations: You can make unrestricted changes 48 hours before your planned session. Changes made less than 48 hours in advance incur full charges to honor our trainers’ time.
• Expiration: Hours expire one year after purchase.
• Data Access: We do not need access to your data or systems. We guide you through each solution while you actively do the work, learn, and enhance your digital skills.
• Confidentiality: We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for our collaboration. However, we base all our business on mutual trust and act as if an NDA was signed in any case.
• Ownership of materials: You own all material, code, etc., you create during the sessions under our guidance. Our standard terms and conditions apply if you purchase access to our learning materials (e-learning and/or live courses).
